Sopick was a marketplace for same-day social peer-to-peer delivery & community.

Members can be both customers ordering a delivery and couriers making deliveries for other members.

As the product manager, I researched the market and existing players in it, planned the user journey, and prioritized features and development tasks.

Platforms: mobile apps (courier and customer), business ordering system, API, control panel, and promotional website.
